Since the establishment of National Research Institute of Fisheries Engineering (NRIFE) in March 1979, we have been focusing on advanced research for the development of fishing industry aiming on sustainable supply of seafood to the national market.
NRIFE offers engineering solutions for the wide range of problems in fisheries.
We are going to keep this fundamental standpoint and pursue our goal as
a member of Japan Fisheries Research and Education Agency (FRA) more effectively.
